We're back to trading and the first deal of the day has a fun batch of cards on the return side, but that's for the fun mailday post to follow! This deal has 15 cards going both ways and let's take a look:
Because this one's a bit bigger, I added a few extra pictures to show how it's packed up and sent along its way. It mostly follows the same process as this, except where it doesn't. A few notes:
- The carousel is in alphabetical order, so it's funny to me that the most boring picture is first
- Please and thank you is for the our favorite usps workers
- 3 sleeves, 5 cards each
- The Murray and Garuba cards are generally pretty hard to come by, plus Joker
- Da Bears still suck
Overall, quite the fun deal and we'll see why on the return trip.
Another mail day. bucks n six exclusive mail day to boot. I'm going to take a moment to update my total cards and rankings for any players that reach my arbitrary threshold for logging totals. All links will point to the appropriate player page and anything with a 🆕 emoji means I am logging their total and ranking for the first time.
Let's start with some random batches thrown together:
We've got a collection of random players there, to include my first batch of 2025-26 Topps Chrome. Me likey Topps Chromey.
Here's the updated player counts/rankings from the above images:
- Tractor Taylor 🆕 (RIP) tractor
- Marjon Beauchamp marjon
- Pat Connaughton project pat
- Dame Lillard dame time
- Bobby Portis bobby
Next up, let's take a peak at some cards from the most fun bucks teams of all time:
Remember, this team was robbed in the 2000-01 season.
- Glenn Robinson big dog
- Ray Allen jesus
- Tim Thomas, coming soon, I got too lazy
And as we know, giannis is king:
Even though he is king, I'd really like to see him stop chirping out of both sides of is mouth so much. And/or maybe he should just live his best life. I suppose I'll let him decide how to best navigate our shared universe.
Major shout out to David for hooking me up with a variety of cards that are varying degrees of hard to get a hole of. Great trade partner.
